Technology is the core of quality. Based on the advantages of physical production, we have built a full-process refined production system from raw material processing to finished product delivery. For the production of greenhouse-specific round pipes, we adopt advanced cold rolling forming technology, combined with high-precision multi-roll mills. By accurately controlling the roll gap and rolling tension, we ensure that the outer diameter and wall thickness uniformity of round pipes are within ±0.03mm, coaxiality ≤0.05mm, and surface roughness Ra ≤1.2μm, eliminating defects such as ellipse, uneven wall thickness and surface scratches. Greenhouse round pipes are mainly used in core load-bearing parts such as roof main beams and columns. Therefore, we have specially optimized the segmented annealing process to eliminate internal stress generated during pipe processing, enabling round pipes to have both high strength and good toughness. They can easily resist the impact of natural external forces such as wind, rain and snow, are not easy to bend or break, and are suitable for the load-bearing needs of various greenhouses (solar greenhouses, multi-span greenhouses), laying a solid foundation for greenhouse construction.
Greenhouse square pipes are mainly used in greenhouse frame beams, borders, support columns and other parts, which have high requirements for structural stability and dimensional accuracy. We have broken through the bottleneck of traditional technology, adopted the integrated cold drawing and finishing process, selected carbide molds with hardness ≥HRC62, and achieved gradual extrusion forming through multiple passes, with the deformation of each pass strictly controlled within 15% to avoid cracking and deformation of pipe corners. After forming, it is accurately straightened by special straightening equipment to ensure that the squareness and flatness of the pipe corners meet the standards, the surface is free of burrs and depressions, and the dimensional accuracy is far higher than the industry standard. It fits closely during splicing and installation without additional grinding and adjustment. For the welding of square pipes, we adopt automatic submerged arc welding technology, with smooth and full welds, weld reinforcement ≤0.1mm. After ultrasonic flaw detection, there are no inclusions or pores, and the welding strength is consistent with the base material. This completely solves the pain points of traditional square pipes such as infirm welding and easy rust, adapts to the long-term outdoor use of greenhouses, and extends the service life of greenhouses.
As a special product with both beauty and practicality, elliptical pipes have more stringent requirements for process accuracy. We adopt customized cold rolling forming molds, combined with an intelligent temperature control system, to accurately control the forming temperature and rolling speed, ensuring that the arc of the elliptical pipe is smooth and natural, the error of the major and minor axis dimensions is within ±0.02mm, the wall thickness is uniform, and the surface is smooth and delicate. It not only meets the aesthetic needs of greenhouse decoration, but also has sufficient load-bearing capacity. At the same time, to solve the problem of easy deformation of elliptical pipes, we have added secondary finishing and stress relief annealing processes, making elliptical pipes not easy to bend or deform during long-term outdoor use, and suitable for the decoration and support needs of various greenhouses, balancing practicality and aesthetics.
Greenhouse steel pipes are exposed to the outdoor environment for a long time, subject to wind, sun and rain, so they have high requirements for corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance. In addition to refined production technology, we take “zero defects” as the quality goal, establish a full-link quality inspection system, and build a “three-level quality inspection” line of defense from raw materials to finished products, guarding the quality bottom line with professionalism and rigor. The first level is raw material inspection: each batch of raw materials must undergo physical and chemical testing, focusing on testing core indicators such as corrosion resistance and tensile strength, and unqualified raw materials are firmly prohibited from entering the factory. The second level is process inspection: during production, professional quality inspectors are assigned to monitor in real time. After each process is completed, the size, accuracy and surface quality must be inspected. If problems are found, the machine will be shut down immediately for rectification to ensure no defects in the production process. The third level is finished product inspection: before delivery, top testing equipment such as ultrasonic flaw detectors and universal testing machines are used to comprehensively test the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy of the pipes. At the same time, random salt spray tests are conducted to ensure that the pipes meet the corrosion resistance standards and can resist the erosion of the outdoor environment for a long time. Each pipe delivered from the factory is accompanied by a detailed quality inspection report, allowing greenhouse builders to use it with confidence and peace of mind.
