Project Background
Under China’s national “Dual Carbon” strategy, there has been a growing demand for green buildings and low-carbon office environments.
The client aimed to create a workspace that integrates modern architectural aesthetics, ecological experience, and energy efficiency.
Our design team proposed the concept of a Glass Greenhouse Office, combining natural light utilization with intelligent environmental control technologies to build a sustainable workspace that balances ecology and productivity.

Design Concept
The building adopts a high-transparency double-glazed curtain wall and lightweight galvanized steel structure, equipped with an intelligent shading system, natural ventilation, and automatic temperature & humidity control.
The interior layout merges office zones with landscaped plant areas, creating a workspace where employees can work, communicate, and relax in an atmosphere that blends nature and technology.
The concept promotes a green, healthy, and collaborative working environment.

Main Features
Glass Material: Double-layer insulated tempered glass with excellent thermal performance
Frame Structure: Galvanized steel structure, highly durable and wind/snow resistant
Intelligent System: Automated shading + roof ventilation + smart temperature control
